| The Missouri Colleges Fund, founded in 1952,
is a not-for-profit consortium of sixteen of the Show-Me State's finest
independent colleges that work together in a "united-way"
approach to raise funds for need-based student financial aid (see COLLEGES).
Investments in the Fund, return qualified ready-to-work entry level employees, middle managers and top executives to donor businesses and community leaders in cities all across the state (see ABOUT US). Tax-exempt contributions to the Fund from businesses, corporations, financial institutions, foundations and individuals enable the member schools to provide scholarship assistance to students who need help to supplement the loans and sacrifices that they make to achieve this value-added education (see SCHOLARSHIP SPONSERS). We also have a special program that will DOUBLE your
investment in private higher education and at the same time, help
respond to the critical shortage of teachers in the state's
public elementary and secondary school districts (see
TEACHERS FIRST). |
